Matt is a volunteer coodinator for the Weekend to Remember conferences. At the conferences he is an associate planner, and trains new associate planners. He is also a manager of special projects within the Event Resources Department, a coach and interviewer for new staff, and a ministry tour guide. Outside of FamilyLife, Matt is involved with children's ministry in our church. He also does puppet shows for school chapels.

Emily's primary ministry is to our family at home. Like Matt, she is a coach for new staff. She coordinates set-up and clean-up for childcare at FamilyLife staff events. When she has the opportunity, she travels to conferences with Matt and assists in the resource center. Outside of FamilyLife, Emily is the director of the T&T club (3rd-4th grade) at our church's Awana program. She is also involved with women's ministry at out church.
